How Do I Choose?

Students Living On Campus

I plan on eating most of my meals on campus and want a plan that covers all of my dining needs.

Consider the Everyday Plan. This plan comes with an all-access pass to the dining halls, 12 restaurant/cafe Meal Credits per week, 5 dining hall guest meals and 100 Dining Dollars per semester that can be used anywhere on campus to cover small purchases, additional meals and Meal Credit overages. You can also use Dining Dollars for C-Store and vending purchases.

If you feel like you will eat at our restaurant or cafes more often, try the Deluxe Plan. This plan offers 15 restaurant/cafe Meal Credits per week, along with a dining hall all-access pass, 8 dining hall guest meals and 100 Dining Dollars per semester.

I plan to eat most of my meals on campus during the school week, but will be off campus on the weekends.

Consider the Weekday Plan. This plan comes with an all-access pass to the dining halls and 8 restaurant/cafe Meal Credits that can be used Monday-Friday only. Plus, 3 dining hall guest meals and 100 Dining Dollars per semester.

The Weekday, Everyday and Deluxe Plans come with 100 Dining Dollars, with the option to upgrade or add extra Dining Dollars throughout the semester. These plan holders are allowed to use their dining hall all-access pass every 30 minutes at one of our three on-campus dining halls. Only one Meal Credit can be used during a meal period.

I want some flexibility to eat on and off campus over the course of the semester.

Try our Block 150 Plan. With 150 meals per semester, you’ll have the flexibility to choose how many meals you use from one week to the next at any time in the dining halls or once per meal period in a restaurant/cafe. This plan comes with 100 Dining Dollars that can be used to cover small purchases, additional meals and Meal Credit overages. You can also use them for C-Store and vending purchases.

Students Living in On- or Off-Campus Apartments

I would like the option to eat some meals while I am on campus, but would like the flexibility to decide from week to week.

We recommend the Block Plan. With 150 meals per semester, you’ll have the flexibility to choose how many meals you use from one week to the next at any time in the dining halls or once per meal period in a restaurant/cafe. This plan comes with 100 Dining Dollars that can be used to cover small purchases, additional meals and Meal Credit overages. You can also use them for C-Store and vending purchases.

I plan to live off campus, but would like to purchase meals and snacks while I am on campus, while receiving a 5% discount with each purchase.

Consider the Commuter/Apartment Plan. This plan is comprised solely of 750 Dining Dollars that can be used at any on-campus dining hall, restaurant, cafe or convenience store. Students with this plan also receive a 5% discount at the register with each swipe. Dining Dollars roll over from semester to semester, with the option to add extra Dining Dollars throughout the semester if you run out.

Athletes

Student athletes on a roster, please consult your coach on which meal plan to choose.

Making Your Selection

Once you’ve decided on a plan, submit your selection via our online form. No payment method is required when you sign up; just make your selection, and your plan will be billed through the cashier’s office. Note that this is not an automatic process. It may take several days before your selection shows up on your bill. If you make your selection prior to the start of the semester, your plan will be active the first day. If you make it after the semester has started, your plan will be active within 48 hours of completing the online form.

While Dining Dollars roll over from semester to semester, meals do not. Keep this in mind as you make your selection, and consult our website to monitor usage or add Dining Dollars throughout the semester.

Worried you’ve selected the wrong plan? Meal plan selections can be changed until September 30 for the fall semester and January 31 for the spring semester.
