Spring 2021 Plans

Sign up, change and cancel is available Nov. 1, 2020 to Feb. 1, 2021.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER

  • The Dining Hall plan has been replaced with the Weekday plan, which provides all-day access to our dining halls, 8 meal credits per week and 3 dining hall guest passes that can be used Monday through Friday, plus 100 dining dollars that can be used anytime. Students enrolled in the Dining Hall plan will be automatically moved to the Weekday plan unless they notify Dining through the meal plan portal.
  • Any first-year student who canceled their fall plan or is entering on-campus housing for the first time will need to sign up for a plan starting Nov. 1. Anyone who has not registered by Jan. 15 will automatically be enrolled in the Weekday Plan.
  • Students who had a fall semester meal plan will be automatically enrolled in the same plan unless you change your plan by the deadline. First-year students who downgraded from one of the Core plans (due to limited dining options) will be automatically enrolled in the Weekday plan on Jan. 15 unless Dining is notified otherwise.

No need to get out a credit card; charges are sent to the Cashier’s office. If you have a scholarship or financial aid funds, they can be applied to your plan. Plans are priced per semester and billed through the cashier’s office. Meal plans and campus food transactions are subject to NC sales tax. Plans will be active on January 15, 2021.

If you are experiencing food insecurity and unable to afford a meal plan, please reach out to Pack Essentials for assistance at go.ncsu.edu/pack-essentials

Core Plans

Our Core plans are designed primarily for students who desire to have the majority of their meals covered by a convenient, affordable campus dining plan. All first-year students living in on-campus housing are required to pick from these plans*, but these are open to all students.

* When signing up, our system will not recognize first-year students. First-year students living in on-campus housing who sign up for a plan other than a Core plan will be contacted in January to select a Core Plan.
