Dole Soft Serve® now available in Talley Market

NC State Dining has expanded its frozen treat options to include Dole Soft Serve, a flavorful and delicious ice cream alternative that is dairy and gluten-free. Flavors will include pineapple and strawberry.

“Dole Soft Serve features a bold, true-to-fruit taste that will make a nice addition to our frozen treat offerings in Talley Market,” said Denise Fields, café and markets general manager. “Not only is it really tasty, but it is also a great alternative for many who have special dietary needs.”

Talley Market is well known for its selection of Howling Cow ice cream products, but students and visitors who cannot enjoy ice cream have expressed interest in an alternative that they can enjoy, too. According to Fields, Dole Soft Serve was chosen for this reason.

“Not only is it dairy and gluten-free, but it’s also vegan, low fat, Kosher and Halal,” she added.
