Using the Food Lockers

Brickyard Pizza stores its Grubhub orders in food lockers. When your order is ready for pickup, Grubhub will send you a QR code; scan that QR code at the kiosk situated within the lockers and the locker with your order will flash green.

Brickyard Pizza’s protocol for late pickups is as follows:

  • Food will stay in the lockers for 30 minutes after the code is sent.
  • After 30 minutes the food will be removed from the locker and placed in the necessary environment to ensure it remains safe to eat.
  • If you come to pick up an order that has sat for longer than 30 minutes, the light on the kiosk will flash red after your code is scanned and you will be directed to an attendant who will then help you retrieve your food.
