Chef Spotlight Series
Get up close and personal with the talented chefs behind your favorite campus meals!
The Chef Spotlight Series is a cooking series hosted in the Teaching Kitchen. Once a month, an NC State Dining chef takes center stage to showcase a signature dish they personally created. During each session, you’ll learn the story behind the recipe, watch live cooking demonstrations and master the techniques to reproduce the dish in your own kitchen.
Space for each Chef Spotlight class is limited to ensure a personal, interactive experience. Advance registration is required.
