Beginning Sunday, Sept. 6, One Earth will begin functioning as a dining hall. They will be open Monday through Friday for breakfast (8-10 a.m.), lunch (11 a.m.-3 p.m.) and dinner (4:30-7 p.m.), and Saturday and Sunday for lunch (11 a.m.-3 p.m.) and dinner (4:30-7 p.m.). Learn more here >>

A typical breakfast menu will include eggs, biscuits, breakfast meats, sausage gravy, oatmeal, pastries, fruit and yogurt cups. Lunch will feature stir-fry, pre-made wraps, a rotating made-to-order Mediterranean menu, homestyle entrees and sides, pasta, marinara sauce, side salads and fruit options. Dinner will feature stir-fry, homestyle entrees and sides, pasta, marinara sauce, side salads and fruit options.

One Earth is located on the main level of Talley Student Union near the Tech Tower entrance. This location offers a lineup of entrees and sides from around the world at four unique stations: Mediterranean, Global, Asian and Sushi. These stations will take your taste buds on a road trip with customized stir-fry dishes, global wraps and bowls, freshly-rolled sushi, and a create your own salad bar.
