Please Note: During reduced operations resulting from the University’s pandemic response, vending machines will not be restocked, and there may be some delays in responding to vending queries. Please report issues as you would normally and we will do our best to get to you as soon as we are able.
NC State Dining is pleased to offer more than 200 soft drink and 80 snack vending machines across campus, which generate income that, in part, contributes annually to NC State’s General Scholarship Fund.
Our soft drink machines are serviced by our local Coca-Cola bottler, and our snack machines are serviced by Canteen Vending services. Many of our vending machines are equipped with card readers, allowing you to use your credit card, AllCampus account or Dining Dollars to purchase drinks and snacks.
Report Vending Issues
Report vending-related issues on the form below, such as:
- Report a malfunctioning machine. Most service issues should be resolved within 24-48 hours.
- Request a refund for money lost in a machine.
- Request additional or replacement machines in your building. You can also request machines be relocated.
