The event featured an array of delicious offerings from local vendors, each showcasing the rich flavors of North Carolina. Attendees had the chance to sample products from Carolina Classics Catfish, Chandler’s Foods, Texas Pete and CACKALACKY®, among others. From farm-fresh meats to signature sauces, every bite celebrated the state’s thriving agricultural industry. Of course, no NC State Dining event would be complete without a fan-favorite—Howling Cow Ice Cream

Beyond the incredible food, Farm Feast was packed with fun and engaging activities for all to enjoy. The spin-the-wheel prize station gave guests the chance to win exciting NC State Dining goodies, while face painting added a splash of color and excitement to the day. Live music from The Whiskey Rebellion set the perfect backdrop, filling the air with energy and enthusiasm as the community gathered to celebrate.

A major focus of Farm Feast was sustainability, a core value of NC State Dining. Attendees had the opportunity to explore the university’s sustainability initiatives through vendors like Got to Be NC and campus groups such as The NC State Agroecology Farm, which provided fresh produce. Additionally, Waste Reduction and Recycling participated in the event, educating guests on proper waste sorting and recycling practices to promote a greener campus.

Farm Feast 2025 was not just about eating great food—it was an opportunity to eat, learn, and have fun with the Wolfpack community. Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating our state’s incredible agricultural heritage. We look forward to seeing you at next year’s event.
