Bringing a Food Truck to Campus:
Note: Campus does not allow food trucks to sell to the public on campus. If you want a food truck for your event, you or your department will have to pay for the truck to cater the event. Only under very certain circumstances will Dining approve food trucks to sell to the public on campus.
In order to have the food truck(s) you are bringing to campus approved, please complete the form below. Before you begin, please have the following documentation ready for upload for each truck at your event.
- A copy of this agreement completed and signed by the food truck vendor
- A copy of each food truck’s COI with NC State listed as additionally insured
- A copy of their NC State health permit
If you have trouble with this form, or uploading files, please email Paul Matney at pamatney@ncsu.edu.
