Talley Market Bakery (previously Yates Mill Bakery) in Talley Student Union.

The bakery is located inside of Talley Market in Talley Student Union on Main Campus. The address is 2610 Cates Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27695.

Orders must be placed online by 5:30 p.m. five business days in advance of the requested pick-up date.

All custom orders must be placed online and paid for in advance through our secure checkout system, CashNet.

If you ordered a cake or cupcake with cream cheese icing, lemon curd, whipped cream or vanilla custard, those WILL NEED to be refrigerated, along with ALL cheesecakes. We recommend if you do refrigerate your cake, let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes prior to serving to slightly soften the icing.

We use an Italian buttercream, which is an egg white meringue-based buttercream. It is made with all butter, no shortening, resulting in a light and airy texture. The exception to this is our vegan buttercream, which is made without eggs and dairy.
