Eat. Scan. Win! NC State Dining hosts feedback week Oct. 16 – 22

NC State Dining is offering the campus community a chance to win a prize for providing helpful feedback on their meal. Feedback week will last October 16-22 and will take place at all campus dining locations.

To participate, customers must eat at an NC State Dining location, scan the QR code on the poster, flyer or business card at the location and complete the survey. Everyone who completes and submits the survey will be eligible to win. The prizes include an iPad Air, Airpod Pros, YETI Cooler, Wolfpack Outfitters merch, All Campus Funds and more.

“Customer feedback is a crucial part of our continuous improvement plan, and while we ask for feedback daily through txtandtell, having one week where we get a critical mass of feedback helps us benchmark semester to semester,” said Shawn Hoch, senior director of hospitality services. “We need to know what we are doing well and where we need to improve. We hope students, in particular, will take a few minutes to give us this valuable information.”
